What about travel restrictions due to COVID or other concerns—will you help me navigate those?
Yes, of course! As industry experts, we have a handle on rapidly changing restrictions (including COVID) from country to country—we’ll guide you through it all so you’re prepared for and confident to travel.
How do you plan vacations to places you’ve never traveled to?
As much as we’d love to, we haven’t traveled everywhere quite yet. It’s possible that we’ve not traveled to your dream destination. When this happens, we work with travel partners all over the world with on-the-ground experience in that area to create a custom itinerary for your vacation.
what is your fee for your planning services?
Our planning fee is based on the length of your trip, number of travelers, and complexity of the itinerary. This fee covers our expertise and research, itinerary design, access to our preferred suppliers, complete booking and management, and support while you travel.
For a domestic or Caribbean stay of less than 5 days, our fee starts at $415. For a one-week European vacation for a single-household family of four, for example, our planning fee starts at $675.
For some services, such as a hotel-only booking for a Virtuoso hotel with our VIP client perks, no fee is required. We also have a la carte options available for clients who only need certain limited services.
Since every client's trip is custom-created based on their individual needs, we discuss and determine the planning fee during our complimentary consultation call.
